Yes, in every way that matters to the work. It is the same practitioner, the same 60-minute first consultation and the same detailed history: your health background, diet, sleep, stress, medications and any results you have. You can move between telehealth and our Geelong or Drysdale rooms without starting again. Anything that needs a physical examination stays with your GP.

Yes. For most tests the laboratory sends a kit to your home with instructions and a prepaid return; you collect the sample, seal it and post it back. Blood tests go through a collection centre near you. The laboratory bills you directly at its own price, which we tell you before you decide, and we read the results with you at a follow-up.
The same things we see in the clinic: gut health, mood and stress, women’s health, fertility and pregnancy, and children’s health, as well as skin, heart and autoimmune concerns. We don’t diagnose or treat these conditions; that stays with your doctor. Our part is the nutritional, herbal and lifestyle work that sits alongside their care.

Find a quiet, private spot with a steady internet connection, and open the link a few minutes early. Have any recent blood tests or reports to hand, a list of the medications and supplements you take, and a rough idea of a typical day’s food. A notebook helps; there is a lot to talk through.
An initial consultation is 60 minutes and $189, paid at the time of booking; initial consultations are prepaid whether in clinic, by telehealth or by phone. A standard follow-up is 30 minutes for $89; an extended follow-up or results review is 60 minutes for $189. Any functional testing is billed separately by the laboratory. Yes. Children’s appointments are usually with Morgan Helmling, in Geelong, Drysdale or by telehealth. A parent or carer joins the call with the child and talks with the practitioner; how much the child takes part depends on their age. We take a full history from you both and look at diet, sleep and any results you have.
No. You can book directly online or by phone. If you’re seeing a GP or specialist, have any recent results ready to share; we work alongside their care, never instead of it.
